Your presence is required during the full three days of the event. In order to maximize business time, MCTM organizers strongly recommend selected hosted buyers to arrange their stay in accordance with the three days of the event  ( e.g. Arrival 01/12/11 – Departure on 04/12/11 late afternoon ).

Hosted buyers are expected to pre-schedule a minimum of 10 meetings per day over the course of the event (30 meetings). A zero-tolerance will be held on no-shows at scheduled meetings. Failure to comply will result in reviewing buyer attendance for future exhibitions.
